The mastermind behind Helmut Newcake is Marie, an energetic woman who previously worked at Lenôtre, and her husband François. Together they create beautiful, delicious pastries and cakes using 100% Gluten Free flours, such as chestnut, rice and quinoa flours.
Helmut Newcake has become a famous spot in Paris for the gluten intolerant.
