Roberto Caporuscio was born and raised on a dairy farm in Pontinia, a small town near Naples, in Italy. There he developed his cooking skills while producing and selling his own cheeses. Roberto has gained over the years an impressive media recognition and loyal customer base, making this restaurant a NYC favorite.
Keste offers a gluten free pizza menu, in addition to other GF dishes. You’ll just need a taste to understand what the hype is about.
