LIMA delivers original Peruvian cuisine in all its forms. A melting pot of different cultures that comes together to create a unique blend of flavors brought to you using Peruvian techniques. This healthy cuisine was an immediate success on the restaurant scene.
The restaurant is run by internationally renowned chef Virgilio Martinez, and his partners Gabriel and José-Luis Gonzalez. Robert Ortiz, a longtime friend of Virgilio, runs the kitchen.
