NOGLU has been THE gluten free pastryshop in Paris since 2012, when Frederique Jules, a celiac himself, established the very first fully gluten free restaurant in the French capital. Noglu offers different gluten free breads and freshly baked GF pastries.
In 2014, NOGLU opened its second location, a pastryshop dedicated only to GF breads, pastries and takeaway.
In October 2015 NOGLU joined the NYC restaurant scene, instantly gaining many loyal customers.
Chef Frédérique Jules bases his bread and pastries on a mixture of rice flour, millet, potatoes, and chickpeas. He then adds lots of butter and eggs to create authentic brioches, tarts, and quiches.
