Georgette Farkas was the former head of public relations at Daniel Boulud, the famous French chef owner of Boulud Sud Boulud and groceries in NYC. Originally from Pennsylvania, Georgette decided to open her very own rotisserie in the Upper East Side. This exclusive restaurant holds a loyal customer base, thanks to its beautifully designed and flavorsome dishes. Amongst our recommendations are chicken “pintades au romarin”, “canard à l’orange” (orange duck), or the excellent “poules de Luxe with Foie gras”.
The roasted potatoes make these simple, yet gourmet, dishes a mouth watering experience.
